From the saffron fields of Pampore, Kashmir’s “Saffron Town,” comes Navvayd’s limited‑harvest Kesar. Only three pistils per crocus flower are collected at dawn, then sun‑kissed and cured to lock in their legendary flavour.

Expect a sweet hay‑like aroma with warm floral notes. A pinch releases a golden‑amber hue and subtle earthy sweetness in desserts, biryanis or kahwa tea.
