    🫙 Returns Policy (For Teaware & Gift Boxes)

    • 📦 For damaged gift boxes or teaware, email us within 10 days of delivery. Attach a photo and ensure the product is unused and in original packaging.

    • ✅ Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and initiate a replacement or refund.
