Navvayd Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Navvayd, we ensure your teas and essentials reach you fresh, fast, and hassle-free.

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders—no hidden fees, no surprises.

• No COD charges for prepaid orders.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a cash handling fee of ₹50 is applied.

  This fee is collected by shipping companies for managing, processing, and legally reconciling the cash, which is later transferred to Navvayd.

⏱️ Shipping Timelines

• Orders placed before 12 PM IST are usually shipped the same business day.

• Orders placed after 12 PM IST are shipped the next business day.

• Delivery within India typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our fulfillment center.

• If you need to modify or cancel an order, please write to us immediately at orders@navvayd.com before the order is shipped.
